2nd circular General: The format of the meeting will comprise key note talks, discussions and poster presentations. There will be an option to give a 5 minute OHP talk about your poster. The deadline for abstract submission is 1st June. Refreshments and abstract volumes are covered in the
registration fee as well as a special social event before the meal
on 14th. Provisional Schedule: Registration will begin at midday on 14th June, followed by welcome and discussions. There will then be a special social event (included in the registration fee) where you can experience historic Portsmouth. The conference meal will take place at the ‘Spice Island Inn’ at 7.30pm Friday 15th June will comprise of key-note speakers, poster presentations and plenty of time for open discussion. key-note speakers: The conference meal will be held at ‘The Spice Island Inn’ in historic Old Portsmouth with wonderful views over the Solent. Download menu here. The cost of the meal is £17 for 3 courses or £13 for 2 courses. Payment will be accepted on the day of the meal but please ensure that your completed menu is returned by 7th June (Claire.spiller@port.ac.uk). If you are paying for more than one person’s meal please ensure that each person fills in a menu form. Abstracts: Anyone wishing to present a poster must submit an abstract electronically by June 1st. Please send abstracts to claire.spiller@port.ac.uk.
